All these kids on the block I've watched grow up, some I've known their entire lives, I'm really going to miss saying Good Morning as they walk to school or the bus stop.

Rented a storage space today. I'll have Jayden help me fill up the van & move stuff into it maybe starting today after school. It'll help to get the stuff that's already packed out of our way. Hopefully we won't need it for long.

Got a steroid injection and a PT referral and permission to combine acetaminophen and naproxen for pain. Fingers crossed that I'll start to feel relief in a day or two.

A skin tag on my neck is particularly irritating. Keeps catching my hair which pulls it & hurts a lil bit. Miss the days of private insurance when my doc would just burn them off with a cauterizer thingy. They don't do that at MediCal accepting clinics. They tell me to cut it off with sterile scissors :-|

I cried most of the day. Didn't get out of bed much. Only ate once. Did no packing. Ignored the poor dogs outside my bedroom door. Would have ignored Jayden if he'd let me. I hate my life. It's too difficult. Painful. Sad. There's too much struggle and I can't see me ever having comfort or real happiness. I want to give up.

this is my second time having frozen shoulder and it's way worse because it's my right arm. I keep doing things like reaching into the fridge for the water jug, or using my right hand to flip a light switch, and burst out screaming in pain because it hurts so bad.
and it doesn't effing stop hurting. it's either a dull ache, a throbbing, or when I extend it, a sharp intense pain that spreads from my upper arm into my elbow and forearm. I have too much to do to be derailed by this shit :((((((((

Maybe gross, but they were one of the few things that ever came from the food bank that wasn't all carby & toxic for my hubby. We actually appreciated those green beans (and the rare can of tuna) and were hoping for them, rather than another can of peas, corn, white potatoes, sweet potatoes, or carrots.

I love rainy days. If I don't have to wait for and ride the bus in the rain, it makes me happy. Today I'm grateful for working brakes, tires, and windshield wipers. And that mostly-full tank of gas. And a pocket full of change for downtown parking. And if I get caught in traffic behind protesters, I'ma stand outside my car & cheer them on.
