With a new job comes new traditions. Friday's at lunch I go to the Publix down the block and get fixin's for next week's lunches. Today I got 4 frozen meals, 2 lbs of grapes, 2 lbs of pears, a lb of apples, 2 lbs of carrots, 2 bags of Craisins, a box of crackers, and munster cheese for $22. I love a good sale... And food, in case you couldn't tell.

This week's summary >> I worked, dad got approved for 'food stamps' over a year and a half after his stroke, Dave and I went to a derby scrimmage in Charlotte last night and didn't get home until 1a on a school night, and he is playing a pool tournament this weekend to try to win another trip to Vegas.
This all means one thing: I'm flyin' solo tonight with a bruised up leg, a sore nose (elbow to the face), and a cramp free hand thanks to Uber Mouse. - FFing Enigma

I normally hate thumb buttons too, but the ones on Uber Mouse are pretty out of the way. I've reset mine so that the bottom one pastes instead of switching applications, and the top one refreshes instead of zooming. Cause I'm lazy like that =D - FFing Enigma

My job is getting more and more mouse intensive: I have had cramps in my right hand for 2 weeks now. Today I finally said FFFFFFFFFFFFFUUUUUUUUuuuuu and dropped stupid money on a better mouse over my lunch break. I should be able to claim this as a preventative care medical expense, right? =D

Other things that have happened lately: I went to a pretty epic party on the 11th. Dave was on his bike trip so I did the smart thing and stayed the night (as did 13 other people). In Tangentially Tina news: we won our 8/21 bout in Greensboro where I played every other jam. It was our league's first ever away win. We followed this up with a win at the tournament on 9/4 in Myrtle Beach. The only bad thing? One of our best blockers broke her neck, I poop you not. Granted she just snapped a protuberance on a cervical vertebra,...

The last month and a half in three sentences: I dropped off the face of the earth and fell into a cube. After 6 weeks I outgrew the cube and got moved into my first office ever. Once I found the sock monkey slippers I knew my life had changed forever.
Long story short: OMFGWTFBBQ where did the last month go?!?? I'll tell you where it went: me stuck in a cube with no way to internetz without everyone seeing me and my phone post blocking my FF efforts.
