I can't find real sugar soda anywhere =/ I've got almost all the HFCS out of what I bring into the house (yeah, I'm aware I still eat it when I'm out), and I'm trying my darndest to find a normal not-breaking-the-bank soda and can't find any. Not even the Dr. Pepper that was supposed to be out starting the 4th of July. BOO!

Try the international section of a grocery store. Our Ingles has Mexican Coke in the Mexican food aisle.

What about the throwback pepsi products?

Hansen's is real sugar. Several of the boutique sodas are.

Trader Joes doesn't exist here =( And all the stores stopped carrying Throwback lines a couple months ago...
- FFing Enigma
I was going to suggest Hansen's too

Tina, look again this month...Pepsi Throwback was supposed to come out again "around August 1st" (so far, I've only seen it in one store near me)...for another five-week run.

And yes, Jones Soda works well for me. Though the supermarket we were in this week didn't seem to carry it. (Our usual one does, though.)

Oh, just saw that you don't wanna break the bank, either. No idea how much the Jones costs.

If you can find Sanpelligrino's sodas they use sugar too. I buy them for $15 a flat at Costco. So good in gin.

If you can stand just a teeny bit of work, the way to not break the bank is buy some Torani syrups and lots of plain carbonated water (or a seltzer maker - which is expensive at first but will eventually save you money) and just make your own soda by the glass. Then you can also have juice and seltzer which is so tasty.

I do drink tea. I also drink a bunch of water and coffee. But sometimes I really REALLY want something ice cold and bubbly and they frown on drinking beer during the 2nd week at work.

Have you looked online at all? I've seen companies that sell retro sodas - they must have some real sugar soda varieties.

"Throwback" Pepsi and Mountain Dew is in stock this week in some local stores (near Chicago). I also buy the Mexican Coke by the case (of bottles) from Costco.
