There were a bunch of errors in the owner's complaint that I didn't catch. Attorney prepared an amended answer that I'm on my way to file. This is to buy us time but the scariest part is wondering if in the end the court will order me to pay the owner for the time we've been here not paying rent. That would take all the $$ I've saved up for a move in/deposit. But, all that in time. - Starmama
