Dear world: every aspect of my job cannot be mission critical, it's impossible. 911 dispatchers get occasional calls for directions and even the POTUS spends some mornings reading to school children. If their jobs are not filled 24/7 with priority 1 tasks then mine isn't either!!!

To be completely fair THAT particular morning turned out to be rather critical....
- Roberto Bonini
Not speaking about that morning in particular, Roberto, just the general happening of reading to kids and other light-duty tasks. It's happened before and will surely happen again.

toxic management. i've lived the dream/nightmare. strangely, that particular boss died a painful death 2 years after i was forced out of the company. much worse than he deserved, really. sad.

Lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on mine.
