Lord have mercy, I've become a pretty regular lurker, sometimes user on Reddit. I blame Rod.
Hah. I'm still mostly a lurker. It's pretty damn entertaining. - Rodfather
I have a whole bunch of multireddits set up now. - Rodfather
Here's one I copied and then added on to. I made it public for now. http://www.reddit.com/user... - Rodfather
Another for Nintendo related http://www.reddit.com/user... - Rodfather
I go there for a DC subreddit, one on Wii, another for 3DS, a couple on audio and vinyl, and a couple more on bands and music that I like and follow. - Derrick
I remember when I first tried to use it, everyone was so trollish. A lot of really techy folks talking about stuff way over my head and it was really hard to navigate to find stuff I was interested in. Some of the subreddits are still very high bro ratio, but things are pretty chill where I hang out. - Derrick
Any recs for sub-reddits? - YvonneM
/r/babyelephantgifs is my happy place - Glen Campbell
I follow really specific sub-reddits, so unless you like audio, records, stereo equipment or hi-fi's, probably not very compelling. I'm sure others will have more interesting ones. - Derrick
How's the DC one? My siblings and my cousins are sometimes on there, but I don't think I've looked at it beyond threads-in-the-"news" in years. - Katie
It's...DC. Little bit of everything in the area, different chatter about neighborhoods, the metro, the nats, etc. - Derrick
I recently found this. Amusing. http://www.reddit.com/r... - Rodfather
Yvonne: /r/ScienceParents, /r/mildlyinteresting, /r/California, /r/AskCulinary, /r/explainlikeimfive, /r/tipofmytongue, /r/raisingkids, /r/todayilearned. - Rochelle
I'm subbed to /r/short but that's kinda depressing. /r/bayarea can be interesting at times. - Rodfather
Thx 4 the recs! - YvonneM
