'Nothing' isn't an option, I gotta have something to take notes on (and with). And some sort of coffee conveyance device will certainly be required since I don't recall seeing any cups in the kitchenette.

Once you in, fit yourself to thier culture. Just do a situation's analysis and then you get prep'ed for the next day mug, smile (always), strait jacket .. blah blah

I usually just bring myself. We had orientation for a day and a half at my current job so I brought my orientation materials with me. I usually hold off on bringing mementos (I have a ton of crap) until I see the size of my desk/cubicle and get a feel for the office environment.

I'm lucky that my computer is being unboxed as we speak so there shouldn't be much need for serious keyboard decontamination proceedures. And Steve: they know I play roller derby, so I'm pretty sure they're all already on guard for the new chick!
