Annnnnd now he's gone. He went into the LAN closet with one of our guys, pulled out the modem and said he was going to go test it. Which apparently translates to "Imma take this modem, get in the van, and drive away". I got nothin' folks. I am speechless.

Apparently he got in the van and drove of to the junction box down the street or something because he came back about 10 minutes later and headed back to the LAN closet. But still, you don't just bug out without telling anyone!!
