A soccer match has broken out at this UFC fight.
I could be wrong but "Choir Boy" doesn't seem like a very intimidating nickname for a UFC fighter. #justsaying
Can't wait for his match against Altar Boy. - Steven Perez
Is there a mercy rule in the NFL? If so I think its time for them to invoke it. We've seen enough.
Beno Udrih of the Memphis Grizzlies. 7/7 for 17 points. 7 rebounds. Clutch game winning dagger. #SC3stars
RT @MeTweetForFood: What people need to understand is that IT'S ZBO'S BALL. And no one who isn't a Grizzly is allowed to touch ZBO'S BALL.
Bummed my Cowboys lost. Tough (but correct?) call at the end. Hopefully the Grizzlies can cheer me up tonight. #GoGrizz #GrizzNation

Watch How The U.S. Stole Land From Native Americans | Co.Design | business + design - http://www.fastcodesign.com/3040647...
Saunt's article is a sobering explanation of the nefarious methods the United States used to seize land. Since most land was "ceded" using treaties, it may appear that Native Americans gave up their land willingly and peacefully, but in many cases they had no other options and handed over the land though bribery or force. The government also used federal legislation and executive order to take land from natives. In the 19th century, presidents like Andrew Jackson, Abraham Lincoln, and Grover Cleveland created small reservations for tribes that once controlled vast areas. The Invasion of America is a stark demonstration of how quickly these legal fictions were used to erase people, and just how much what was once their land we now claim as our own. - DB, Lil LB's Dad

Just watched #EmpireFOX premiere. My reaction. Meh. Taraji was good as usual but there's a serious lack of talent on the set around her.

RT @bomani_jones: sad but true RT @onlychyld: All #Empire needs is Bokeem Woodbine to be perfect. I'm sure he's available.
It's disheartening being accused of of being untrustworthy when you've done nothing to warrant it. May have to start looking for a new job.
Damn. So sorry to hear. - MoTO Boychick Devil
That's unfortunate. :( Hope your manager's misconceptions are cleared up soon. - Jenny H.
Bones Jones sure is tall. Looking like Dhalsim out there. #UFC182
Vince Carter. Old Man. Still Amazing. #GrizzNation
I like Jim Rome but I'm not surprised to see him go in on band folks. He's been dogging out soccer for years. He dissed NASCAR for a long time then jumped on the bandwagon. I thought maybe that would happen with soccer eventually but alas no. Glad to see Band Nation call him on his shtick to the point that he had to apologize.
He had gotten annoying real fast. I gave him a try for like 6 months. Meh. - Joe
I kind of wish he would not have apologized. He thinks band-folk are dorks, fine. Own it. He's all successful now, I miss the "Kris Evert" Van Smack. - Bren
Ohio State’s marching band revolutionized halftime shows. Here’s how. - The Washington Post - http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs...
Getting about 200 musicians to walk across a football field in the shape of a T-Rex while playing the theme song of Jurassic Park is a logistical nightmare. Because of this marching bands have generally stuck to easier formations. Ohio State’s marching band took its performances up a notch — drawing the attention of millions on YouTube — after its band director wanted to better visually represent music, and two conservation-minded students pushed the band to use iPads instead of paper. - DB, Lil LB's Dad
My band director had this program on the Apple IIe and you had to hit the enter key on the down beats. Then we would run that to a VCR along with the music to the audio track so everyone knew what it was supposed to look like. - Eric - Final Countdown
Very cool. We did the old school, traditional paper print out kind of band. - DB, Lil LB's Dad
