"something i used to make at uni but totally forgot about until i saw it on V for Vendetta a few nights ago. it's fairly obvious how to make it, my only tip is, to use thick sliced bread, so no egg overflow occurs (using super low flame, no flipping needed then). yum!" - jho

Meet My Wee One on Flickr - Photo Sharing! - http://www.flickr.com/photos...
"This Wild Bunny is approx 10 days old, found cold, hungry and dehydrated in the middle of the road. I am hand feeding him and he is responding well - although there is only a 10% success rate with hand rearing bunnies. Please spare a happy thought for my Wee One. This picture is taken (by my Husband) after his 1st feed and he is fast asleep. So the wee one is in a nest, in a hamster cage (plastic...so no bars to squeeze through) and being kept at 21C with an option of a luke warm heat pad at one end. Fresh hay and a tiny amount of water is there too." - jho

"I was cutting the grass in the back yard last year, when I saw something dart under the mower deck. This little guy was what I found after stopping the mower. I checked him out, tickled his feet and belly, and he seemed to be okay. He had a cut above his eye, though, so I took him to the county's pet facility. They said they'd take care of him. He's really quite fortunate, because I didn't cut the backyard grass for the duration of summer, so the grass was very tall (upwards of a foot in some places), and it bedded down on top of him, and acted as protection. Due to the length of the grass, I was forced to cut in two passes, one with the wheels off the ground, and then one level cut. The little guy went un-noticed for the first pass. I'm sure he needed the luck of both his little bunny feet." - jho

Sure they're cute at first glance, but when you've had enough tulips and roses and asters and Euonymus and Rose of Sharon and pansies and Liatris and lillies and Blue Oat Grass and Vibernums destroyed by these chewing machines -- which can reproduce at the rate of six litters per season -- well, they just start to fill you with wage! - Mark Czerniec

Axolotl aka Wooper Looper (ウーパールーパー) - http://www.flickr.com/search...
"The axolotl (pronounced /ˈæksəlɒtəl/), Ambystoma mexicanum, is the best known of the Mexican neotenic mole salamanders belonging to the Tiger Salamander complex. Larvae of this species fail to undergo metamorphosis, so the adults remain aquatic and gilled. The species originates from the lake underlying Mexico City and is also called ajolote (which is also the common name for the Mexican Mole Lizard). Axolotls are used extensively in scientific research due to their ability to regenerate most body parts, ease of breeding, and large embryos. They are commonly kept as pets in the United States, Great Britain (under the spelling axlotl), Australia, Japan (sold under the name wooper looper (ウーパールーパー, Ūpā Rūpā?)) and other countries." - jho
