I've been standing up at the computer for over a year, and I stand up most of the time. I switch between stand up and sit down multiple times a day, by virtue of moving the screen and keyboard table up and down via an ergotron arm, which holds my 30". 1920x1200 would be plenty, except I use large spreadsheets. My next improvement, I'm thinking of switching to a AV cart, which is thinner and has wheels. My current table is not necessary, but a monitor arm, and a bed table is necessary. It is so adjustable, would never go back.

"I mounted my 30" monitor to an ergotron arm, and I raise and lower it multiple times a day, between sitting and standing. Most of the time I prefer standing! To raise and lower the keyboard and mouse, I use a hospital style bed tray table."

Also you can lock the mouse to the primary screen.

Now, if I could figure out how to have two audio output streams, without using two computers. So my Daughter could watch Netflix on headphones, while I watch Youtube on headphones. (or play music on the speakers, and watch youtube on headphones.)

Well, I found one way to do it, play static audio files through windows media player, with audio output specified, and all other audio through default audio.

Conclusion: Eating almost entirely traditional foods while abstaining from processed foods can help prevent the flu, even with only occasional exercise.
This is a graph of my daily food type consumption levels, exercise level, observations of my daily scratchy throat, and what I normally expect to happen, when I notice a scratchy throat, which is I quickly get sick, but not so when I consume a diet that prevented what I expected was the flu coming on. ;P
