The irony of working for a company that offers me cheap Sprint service? I don't want any of their phones... I'm not even feeling the Galazy tablets we've got, though there will be a demonstration model floating around the office for a while. It might have to float home with me temporarily. You know, for testing purposes.

I use the Samsung Epic 4g on Sprint and like it a lot. The Galaxy is a fun tab... I would love to have one!

Unfortunately I'm not in a 4G market so getting a 4G phone and paying the extra whatever $ it is per month for a 4G phone model is just kinda silly.

I don't get 4G either, but the Evo is awesome. and well worth the extra $10. and I still pay way less than smart phone users on other networks.

Another nod for the Epic. Awesome keyboard, screen and power. Its the fastest hunk of junk in the galaxy. ;-)

I love the Galaxy Tab. The Epic is probably better suited for you if you want a keyboard. Yeah, the 4G tax sucks.

Silner, I find the size of the Galaxy to be awkward (and possibly any other tablet though I've not played with them). Too big to slip in a pocket (ladies clothing typically has small to no pockets) and too small to warrant it's own bag. Nitpicky reasons I know but in the realm of usability these are factors I have to consider.
