I have applications in with two agencies that provide help with move in deposits. If I'm approved, I have to provide a signed lease & they write a check to the landlord or property management company. Problem is, both have backlogged applications & limited funds, so I don't know if there'll be help when I need it. *crosses fingers*

Thank you! Need is so great right now, charities & non profits are stretched really thin. Housing specialists are calling it a housing crisis. Crisis is a bad word :-(
