Although the concept of following and followers is different for me on FriendFeed than on Twitter, I would like to see a tool that lets me easily see who is not following me back. Like friendorfollow.com does for Twitter.
CW, I do that, but it's a slow, manual process. - Ben Hanten
Makes sense. It's like anything in social media -- if you realize that certain people keep taking without ever giving, you'd like to be able to weed them out. - Ben Hanten
I don't think so. That doesn't happen on Twitter for the most part. You can be petty even without tools. :) - Ben Hanten
Ben: http://ff.deasil.com/friendv... does this, but it requires your actual username and password (it was written before the information was available through the API). I'm working on an updated version that will not require your account information: hopefully by this weekend. - Mark Trapp
You can also use my version from V1 of the API that didn't require authentication, but it's extraordinarily slow and won't tell you anything about people you subscribe to that have private feeds: http://biggiantcomicsans.com/venn... Just replace itafroma with your user name. Green means it's reciprocal, red means it's not, and grey means I can't tell (private feeds). - Mark Trapp
Mark, I'm excited for the new version. You could get a lot of hits on that. - Ben Hanten
I'm trying out your first version. It's slow, but useful. - Ben Hanten
Mark thanks for FriendVenn - Iván Abrego
Hi Mark, any update on this? I have not bad able to get the v1 to work lately. - Ben Hanten
I stopped work on it in favor of a data exporter due to FriendFeed's acquisition by Facebook. I'll see what I can whip up, at least in a non-authenticated version. - Mark Trapp
