once again I learn: if I just get started it doesn't take that long. Kitchen, living room, bathroom, and bedroom cleaned, swept and mopped. trash taken out. fridge cleaned out. dishes done I started at 2:00ish. (now to work on the Thing I was avoiding by cleaning).
