When I have avocado and good crusty bread, I like to toast the bread, smash some avocado on top and put a poached egg on top of that. Little bit of salt sprinkled on and it makes for a delightful dinner. - ellbeecee
Zamms bought some amazing crusty bread yesterday; as much as I will always love that as an egg eating device, I wonder how these polenta cakes might be too. Especially grilled or crisped up a bit in a hot skillet. - Derrick
