Tonight's dinner may be "Kitchen Sink Soup". You know, where you clean out the fridge and/or pantry, put it in a big ol' pot, and simmer till done. I say "may be" because I have no real idea how this version will turn out and the odds are even (HA!) between it being tasty and inedible.
I am a kitchen miracle worker!! So far this soup is turning out QUITE tasty: stew beef tossed in a bit of olive oil/salt/pepper seared and then simmered in beef boullion and a can of diced tomatoes with 4 chopped green onions and 2 tsp of minced garlic. NOM. Am now thinking of adding some corn and possible a can of beans. Minestrone-esque, just no pasta. - FFing Enigma
