I've never made biscuits before. Tomorrow it's supposed to snow, so this is how I choose to celebrate; from watching it fall from the safety of my apartment with a buttered biscuit in hand.

Ooooooh, let us know how they are. This is my go-to recipe (I am too lazy to roll anything out): http://www.seriouseats.com/recipes... Instead of buttermilk, I use 1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice plus enough milk to make 1 cup, then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
