Today was probably the worst day at work ever. But when "crisis" equals "Lo frantically slinging ganache all over the place," it can't be that bad. The new store location opens on the 15th, which means our orders will double, and on top of that Thanksgiving is the busiest time of the year. If you pray, do it for us now :P
My only real concerns at this point are repetitive-motion problems that could make working impossible, and getting fired for being too slow. Overall, it's great, and I'm glad to have one thing working out in my life - family, living situation, recovery program, finances, and preparing for winter are all in total disarray. On the other hand, I am feeling pretty serene about it all, which is mind-boggling huge progress for me.

Heh, :( but :) is pretty much the perfect way to summarize my week. Things are :( but I'm still :)ing at least some of the time, which is such a big change for me I can't help but :D when I notice.
