Ohio State would have played Oregon... but in the Rose Bowl. Alabama would have played against independent Florida State in the Sugar. Might have seen TCU in the Cotton against... probably Michigan State. Kansas State vs. Georgia Tech in a somewhat unheralded Orange Bowl. - Julian

Picked up some beer (high %ABV) that recommends aging for better flavor. Tasted good, but could definitely benefit from aging. Best kept at constant 50-60F/10-15C for long-term aging (a few mos. to a year). No basement; just a small closet that *might* be able to stay around 15C. Investment in a wine chiller worth it (along w/ more age-able beer)?
