Picked up some beer (high %ABV) that recommends aging for better flavor. Tasted good, but could definitely benefit from aging. Best kept at constant 50-60F/10-15C for long-term aging (a few mos. to a year). No basement; just a small closet that *might* be able to stay around 15C. Investment in a wine chiller worth it (along w/ more age-able beer)?
