...for example, I have some songs in iTunes that are absolutely and unequivocally stored on my local hard drive. They are songs I ripped from albums I OWN! Yet, iTunes seems to think that because I didn't acquire them from iTunes, they must get the little "iCloud" icon. What that means is: if I try to play a song THAT I OWN, on my on computer, but didn't buy from iTunes, it won't play the local copy, it will make me wait, and download (or verify) the song up in the iCloud first. It's now a chore to play a song in iTunes. Ridiculous. Just play the frickin' song! iTunes is now a pile of crap!

the fight scene in the Denzel Washington movie "Safe House," between Ryan Reynolds and Joel Kinnaman (aka Detective Lander on AMC's "The Killing") is now my second favorite hand-to-hand movie fight scene, after Damon vs. Desh in "Bourne Ultimatum." Yay, ultra-violence!

...if you like movie fights. Real street fights are ugly, brutal, and often one-sided, and should be avoided at all costs, but in the movies, if you're going to fight, make it brutal, and even, and, well, cinematic.
