I wish they'd also mentioned the massive recall of the 1.0 machines (because they could explode) that hit right after the 2.0 machines were introduced. It wasn't the primary cause, but they managed to piss off their old and new customers at the same time.

The truly best part of course is that Keurig customer most affected was the ones with greatest number of cups that is their BEST cup purchaser, who will now go out of their way to buy 3rd party cups... And I did not know that the 2.0 "locked out" my plastic refillable K cup?!? Wow what greedy bastards
