I woke up exhausted, and by the end of work I was that kind of tired where you're glad you don't fly planes or save lives. I think I may have left the gluten-free grasshopper brownies on top of a rack, uncut and more importantly unlabeled... but somehow the AM shift will manage to muddle through :P

What do you use for your gluten free flour?

"Gluten-free mix," which comes in a bag. But I saw a recipe to make it in the recipe book, I can check what's in it. I also use stuff like rice flour, oat flour, tapioca flour, etc. Our stuff is also labeled "made without gluten," not "gluten-free," because we have shared equipment. It would be impossible, not to mention incredibly impractical, to avoid cross-contamination completely.

I think it's so awesome I'm learning about this stuff. It's everything I could have hoped for. I'm just not sure how long it'll take (if it does?) to get routine and not enjoyable.

Bonus: since I had orientation on Monday, I have to leave early tomorrow so I don't work more than 40 hours. I should get to do something fun for Halloween. :D
