Very impressive Nikon. The D7000 is everything we loved about the D90 but with a magnesium body, larger ISO range (in both directions), and most importantly to me a better AF system. Whatever Nikon comes up with to replace the D300s and eventually the D700 will need to be equally impressive to keep pros and prosumers from just saving some money and using a D7000.

I want one... I was going to go for a D300 but this has given me pause

The D300s has better controls, an even better AF system, faster (and likely rated to last longer) shutter, and lower pixel density (which should translate to better noise control). It's a great camera.

Hmmm... But that video... Hmmmm.... I don't know...
