i'd set aside a small amount for a celebratory purchase (treat of some kind) and then pay down debts with the majority.

Both. That way you're not bitter about it. Every meditation teacher I've had says to spend some on fun so more comes back into your life.

depends on how much it is. If its less than a hundred, I'll go blow it on something irresponsible. if its more than a hundred I usually put half of it in the bank, and blow the other half..... of course if I have any debts, the first thing I do is pay those off.
