I made bibimbap for dinner last night, but realized I was out of ssamjang. Thanks to @maangchi for the recipe, it came out perfect!

We have a thousand cans of tuna, so I used that. Mixed it with soy sauce, ponzu, sesame oil, a dollop of mayo and cayenne pepper. Never had bibimbap with fish before, but it was amazing.
