^The term 'Minority' is not always about numbers. And in this case, it's about POWER. People/groups who hold few or no positions of power in a society = MINORITY STATUS.

Hah! No, because of established power structures in Hollywood. The majority of agents, execs, casting directors, directors are white. Also, POCs aren't one monolithic "ethnic" bloc.
