Truck AC has zero coolant. They will recharge the system and add dye and I'll go back in a week or two. As for the tires, the dude is appalled at their condition.
I wondering if I should break out the credit card?

Since it's winter, I think using the credit card to make sure you have really safe tires is probably good.
