Things I have made so far warming up to work in a kitchen again: brown butter ice cream, chocolate truffle pie, gorgonzola ice cream (to go with maple caramel pears? if you like the cheese, I do recommend the ice cream). Suggestions for what to cook next? I can post pictures, if not mail you the actual food. Trying to get back on my feet!
