Well part of it was my email, I was too quiet and I had to correct her a few times. Then I talked with an Irish guy who kept saying "You know what I mean?" Btw, SWTOR can't freeze accounts but if you tell them you'll be away for a while they can refund time at the end if you haven't logged in. But they can't do it "all the time". :) - Heather
