Financiers and Visitandines - Obscure French pastries! - I got 4 days off work before my assistant's vacation, which is stunning. I did multiple little works on days off, too, which in some ways is sad. But it's also a good sign. It means I'm interested in baking again. I just kinda jumped in and prayed the joy would come back :)

Someone remind me to take real pictures of stuff. I always have a terrible phone picture of 10% of what I made. If I shot everything, I could make all your days 42% more delicious.
