Somewhere we have a recipe that uses a box of cake mix and a box of instant pudding. I'm usually not a fan of cake mixes, but this recipe turns out really well. EDIT - This is a similar recipe, except that we mix the chocolate chips in with the cake mix and pudding before baking, we bake it in a bundt pan and then coat it with a chocolate ganache-type icing at the end. - http://www.cooks.com/rec... - COMPLICATED MR. We decided on the first one. I was trying to find something besides a bundt cake (partly since I don't have a bundt pan), but the reviews for it were so amazing, and I like the idea of coffee in with my dark chocolate. I'm pretty excited about it! - Lo
