Re: The Dead Zones: When Not to Post to Social Media - http://blog.sumall.com/journal...
"I run a chocolate business we sometimes post in the deadzones because they are perfect for us. Late night cravings and getting a newsletter at 10p that teases you with caramel sauce is just.. mean. haha.. At the end of the day it's all about the message, testing, conversions, and being heard. Always good to have rules of thumb and always good to know when and why to break them. Thanks for the observations!" - Andy Ciordia

Re: What Taco Bell Can Teach You About Being a Better Social Media Marketer - http://blog.sumall.com/journal...
"Sure, I do grok the finer points. Our issues illustrate a need in the market for tools more refined than Hootsuite or Buffer. It's not about rebroadcasting it's about queueing easily and demographically for each social platform. Tuning, shaping, and letting similar, tangential posts propagate in a better way. I see the problem most days for myself, or my clients, but there are just not enough easy process driven responses for being a good community cultivator beyond a handful of outlets. The time sink is just too great. Always watchful for new and helpful tools and ways that we can all use them. :D" - Andy Ciordia
If I have to google a word because spell check isn’t grokking it then we have a problem.

"I really enjoyed this. The adage is 'always be testing' but we get complacent after a while due to the time requirements. A great reminder of it and some nice practical advice." - Andy Ciordia
