I've actually been off my allergy meds and doing ok. I've been taking a 4 hour allergy pill most afternoons, but I skipped it today to see how I do. I went to the doctor for this before and he basically said it'll take a while to clear up, just stay hydrated and try to get some steam to help loosen everything up. The weird thing is my nose started running every few minutes, so it seems like something is going on. - Heather

Worse at night then during the day, it's back to the helicopter sound. I think I'm not going to skip the allergy pills anymore. :/ - Heather
