Sometime over the past five years I have developed an appreciation for Alanis Morissette. Isn't that weird? I don't own her albums or anything, but these days if her songs come on, I'm like, "cool." When did the visceral hatred fade away?

I sometimes have a pretty strong reaction to an artist that's more related to how they're marketed or whether the music gets overplayed. I've had a few that I've come to like later, not so much because my tastes have changed, but because all of the other noise isn't there. (LOL @ Higlet)

Ha ha ha! Ironic came on and I was surprised to be loving it, which prompted this post. You know, I heard recently that she knows those aren't good examples of irony, that was the point, and I want to believe that.
