:) LogEx - great point. However the "substance" of designers include elements of control like cascading style sheets. Take Michelangelo's David. Is the block of marble HTML and the chisel CSS? Or is the marble the set of all recognized unicode + HTML tags and the chisel an author's arrangement thereof? It can probably be argued both ways.
