I saw a semi truck burst into flames, heard something so funny I spit out my water for the first time in a decade+, and made three flavors of homemade ice cream. There were less awesome crazy things, but on the whole a good day.

No, they're just sending letters to the Society, which owns the house, but the corporation is defunct... we're sorting it out, because the house is paid for and presumably worth more than the $20k total owed on it. So worst case, we pay that off, sell the house, and everyone profits. But I'm pretty sure the plan is to save the society and keep living here.
