砂锅做太多次了,得歇歇。今晚辣白菜炒饭,以嫩玉米增甜,豆角丁添绿,花生米丰富口感,最后洒韭黄一捧,兜几下立即出锅。俗话说“生葱熟蒜半生韭”,韭黄也需留点生气。辣白菜的酸辣与韭黄的辛辣层次分明,热烈喷香,不亦快哉。
