Religulous - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki...
"A range of views on various world religions is explored as Bill Maher travels to numerous religious destinations including Jerusalem, the Vatican, and Salt Lake City, interviewing believers from a variety of backgrounds and groups. These include a former member of Jews for Jesus, Christians, Muslims, former Mormons, and Hasidic Jews. He travels to Speakers' Corner in Hyde Park, London, where he "preaches" Scientology beliefs" - Lit
I found this movie a bit ridiculous, but I have some issues with Bill Maher in the first place. I can't stand his selective trust in science (he's basically an anti-vaccer and conspiracy loon when it comes to medicine, or 'western medicine' as he calls it.) - Eivind
He can be an asshat. - Friar Will
He's got a lot of flaws, but I liked the movie. I don't remember what the church was, but I really liked the part where he was talking to people after a service and they were all very happy to talk to him, despite what he was saying. - Heather
There were plenty of funny moments in it, but I seem to remember I was left disappointed by how he'd just corner some of the religious people/priests and mock them. I ended up feeling bad for them. It's been a while, but that's the memory I have of it (and I know memories are notoriously inaccurate accounts of actual events :) ). - Eivind
I haven't seen a lot of Bill Maher but he brought up some valid points. Additionally, I found it entertaining. - Lit
