I'm at the opposite end of things -- too high cacao content, way more likely I'll get heartburn. Double if it isn't alkaline processed.

Cacao! I'm consciously avoiding Hershey products as much as possible as my own form of protest over their business tactics. I'm sure they are suffering from my neglect. ;-P
