There's mocha and vanilla coffee; strawberry coffee is not so common. But we need it to make a Neapolitan flight of coffees a reality.
But how would you keep the brown, white, and pink parts separate?

Oh, separate cups. You could probably do something with chemical thickeners to separate the layers in one cup, but that's too much work, IMO.
