Interviewed yesterday for an entry-level baking (NOT BANKING! :P) job at the local co-operative grocery store. It went well, the job seems amazing, decent pay, good benefits, sweet discount on food, and best of all I wouldn't have to talk to customers every day! The shift is actually in the afternoon/evening, not the crack of dawn! Fingers crossed!

I'm also in the planning stages for a food blog called (suggested by a friend) "You can't handle the food!" in which I document my adventures in extreme baking. I don't do anything in moderation, which leads to various life problems but also ridiculous food like chocolate cake denser than the sun, bacon-crusted macaroni and cheese, and the ridiculous multi-layer pear upside-down cake I have planned for tomorrow. - Lo

And for Christmas? Scale gingerbread replica of my boyfriend's four-story co-op. Oh yeah. I'm nuts. - Lo
