This pic shows the porch floor from where the stairs landing ends to my front door. The tiles are white ceramic, which is ridiculous already and hazardous when it rains. They are very hard keep clean. But at least dirt can be washed off easily. Look at all that shit-brown paint. And grout from the bottom of the guy's shoes.

So, they didn't even cover anything while they were painting?

I was told they were going to paint the wall of the porch, I specifically asked if they were going to paint the railing. I was told no just the wall. I said okay I'll move my stuff, he said don't worry we'll cover it. I take my basket of flowers and bell off the wall, moved everything by the railing. Go inside & close the door, because they're using a paint sprayer. When it started getting dark, I came out on the porch because I figured they'd be getting ready to go, & Jayden needed to take down the trash/recycling & put out the bins. That's when I heard a guy say no touch! wet paint! and saw that they'd painted the railing after all. Just up to the house, not the part along my porch. Then I looked down & saw the paint on the floor. There was a tarp along the side of the stairs, but ended just before where I'd moved my stuff to.
I was out there maybe 3 minutes before I saw the paint on the broom & the chair.

I have to let prospective buyers look at my unit. If/when they come while I'm still here, I'm telling them every shady thing that's been done and pointing out every expensive thing wrong with the place.

Didn't realize until I was coming up the stairs after an errand that there's also a nice spray of brown paint on one of the living room windows now :-\
