Now that the owner is selling this property, I will have to deal with prospective buyers coming into our flat & I do not have the right to refuse them as long as I'm given notice. The landlord or realtor must accompany them, but still. Don't want strangers walking thru my place! Hopefully there won't be much interest in the property before we move.
