Is anyone watching "Broadchurch" on BBC America? Kind of like "The Killing" I guess if I had to describe it. I'm only two episodes in but I'm really liking it so far. And it features David Tennant for all of you Doctor Who folk.
Helen really liked it. I thought Tennant did a very good job. Good acting all round in fairness, good writing, well-paced. Will watched it when it was originally broadcast :) - Pete's Got To Go

I'm really liking it. R, one of my best friends whom I met in film school now does some work for the BBC and occasionally he'll hook me up if there's something he thinks I might like. I had Downtown Abbey Season 3 when the UK did. :) Shhhh! - Derrick

It as really well received over here... due mainly to no leaks about what was going to happen. The cast had filmed several endings and even they were only told a couple of days before transmission whodunnit. - Heleninstitches #teamff

Heather and I watched the first episode. We both liked it, but she felt that was very intense and wasn't sure if she could keep watching. She agreed to give it another episode before she decides. - Chris Topher
And there are my comparisons to "The Killing" which I watched up to a point (maybe a little more than halfway?) and it was just SO bleak and SO dire and dreary and rainy and tough and intense. I will say that I like the writing, the performances and that, despite it's plot and content, is more accessible for me as a viewer. - Derrick
