"Applesoft do not own how things should be done with smartphones, all are standard essential ideas that anyone making a smartphone uses, none are worth $0.0001 and nobody making Android should pay Microsoft or Apple $0.0001 for it. This is all that matters, these companies have absolutely zero ownership over any part of Android, and they must never be allowed to block or ban or claim any royalty payments over any part of Android. For as long as those disgusting companies try to block Android, then it is perfectly fine for all the Android companies, not just Google with their Moto patents, to go out and defend Android against those companies disgusting behavior. You can't just claim some essential inventions have to be licensed fairly while other essential ideas can be proprietary to whomever was the first to get a BS totally worthless "patent" on the idea."
