The most common legal issue I experience is just being stopped by cops (more often private security though). Occasionally I'm told I'm not allowed to take pictures of something (bullshit). Most are smart enough not to say that though and I'm told instead that I'm "trespassing" (usually I'm standing in a parking lot or something which would make this *technically* true but ridiculous). It happens frequently enough to be very annoying, though I've yet to be given an especially hard time. - Eric P

As of yet, not much to share. I guess the biggest issue/question I deal with most is copyright issues. Who can use the picture when, where, how, etc and what the price correlation is with the use. - Justin Korn
