I vaguely remember exercising, a long time ago. Now I can only live vicariously through you. Please tell me the trees are still green and the birds still sing, out there in the "outside" place I remember.

I concur! Any ideas? I've been meaning to do one of those nighttime glow techno sort of runs. I'm a bit intimidated by Mudders whether tough or otherwise.
