Punk will not return my $2.1k bond (Moved out 3 months ago), says the place was in poor condition. It wasn't, it was professionally cleaned twice. Also wants $5k in additional made up damages. I've got a two word expletive on my tongue that has three f's in it. - Mo Kargas

No longer in the same state, and fighting it is going to cost much more. He can have the bond, if necessary, but the rest he can forget about. He could have had other tenants in there in 3 months. - Mo Kargas
